材料:
三文魚柳 300克
瑞士彩虹甜菜 100克(切段)
紫洋蔥1/4個(切粒)
椰子碎 20克
蒜茸 2湯匙
薑黃粉 2湯匙
椰子油 2湯匙
海鹽和黑胡椒 少許
做法:
薑黃粉混合椰子油,以少許海鹽調味,塗上三文魚柳。
鑄鐵平底鍋,加入少許椰子油加熱5分鐘,放入三文魚柳,煎至七成熟。
同一個鍋內,小火炒香洋蔥和甜菜柄,約3分鐘,加入菜葉,加蒜茸和椰子碎,以少許油炒香,兜勻。
放入三文魚柳,煮至全熟,即成。
