Prices
All prices displayed on the Web Site will be in Hong Kong Dollars, at the prevailing rate, but exclude delivery costs, which will be added to the total amount due. The applicable delivery costs will be clearly displayed during the checkout process.
Due to the large number of products on our site it is always possible that some of the products listed on our site may be incorrectly priced, despite our best efforts. If we discover there is a pricing error we will normally, at our discretion, either contact you and give you the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancel the order, or reject your order and notify you of the rejection.
Prices are subject to change without notice, hence any subsequent purchases of the same product cannot be guaranteed at the same price.
Le Creuset operates a standard product pricing policy in Hong Kong, meaning that customers are charged the same prices irrespective of where they live. We believe that price integrity within any currency zone is important.

Recipes that appear on this website are either Consume-Generated Content or developed for Le Creuset products by a food preparation professional. All user-generated recipes are considered Consumer-Generated Content and are subject to the policies and regulations set forth in the Consumer-Generated Content page of this site.
If you have dietary restrictions and/or allergies, always read the ingredient list carefully for all food products prior to consumption. Contract Creation and Electronic Contracting
The technical steps required to create the contract between you and Le Creuset are as follows:
- You place the order for your products on the Web Site by pressing the confirm order button at the end of the checkout process. You will be guided through the process of placing an order by a series of simple instructions on the Web Site.
- Le Creuset will send to you an order confirmation email detailing the products you have ordered. This is not an order acceptance from Le Creuset.
- As your product is shipped from our warehouse we will send you a despatch confirmation email.
- Order acceptance and the completion of the contract between you and us will take place on the despatch to you of the Products ordered unless we have notified you that we do not accept your order, or you have cancelled it in accordance with the below instructions.
Non-acceptance of an order may be a result of one of the following:
- The product you ordered being unavailable from stock.
- Our inability to obtain authorisation for your payment.
- The identification of a pricing or product description error.
- Not meeting the eligibility to order criteria set out in the main Terms & Conditions.
The contract will be concluded in English.
Contract Cancellation Under the Distance Selling Regulations
Please note that you are entitled to cancel this contract if you so wish provided that you exercise your right and notify us no longer than 7 working days after the day on which you receive the Products.
If you wish to exercise your right to cancel this contract, our company policy is that we will NOT refund the original purchase price and delivery charge. Please follow the procedure set out in our Delivery & Returns section.
Delivery Information
Orders from the Hong Kong website can only be delivered to Hong Kong addresses and that in placing an order the customer confirms that s/he is purchasing the product within Hong Kong.
We currently offer one delivery options;
- Standard HK$50 (FREE if purchase is above HK$650) – delivery in 5 to 7 business days
Please note that business days are Monday to Friday, but exclude public holidays. Every effort will be made to meet these delivery timescales.
Product Exchange Policy
Should you wish to exchange anything bought from us online, please contact our friendly Customer Service team no later than 7 days after receipt of your order to start the return process. Contact us by email enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com (open from Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 5:30pm).
When you contact us, we will establish the reason for the return.
Ensure you return your items unused and undamaged with any labels still attached in their original packaging. A photocopy of your invoice needs to be included. If we find that the products have not been returned to us in fully resaleable condition, we reserve the right to refuse an exchange on the item. Please note we are not responsible for return postage other than for incorrect or faulty items. Neither can we accept responsibility for packages that never reach us, so we advise you to use a traceable and insured service to return your product to us.
Upon receipt of your returned goods we will try our best to make an exchange of the same product, depending on our stock on hand. Le Creuset Hong Kong has no refund policy and will not make any refund on our products.
Payment
When purchasing goods online a valid payment method must be used at the time. We accept payment with the following Hong Kong issued credit: Visa credit card, MasterCard credit card, and American Express.
We do not accept cash, cheques, gift cards or vouchers as payment online. By submitting an order to us through our site, you are confirming that the payment details provided on your order are valid and correct. All transactions will be in Hong Kong Dollars. Non-Hong Kong credit card providers and banks will determine the exchange rates to be applied and may add an additional processing or administration charge in relation to such payments which non-Hong Kong card holders will be liable to pay.
Description & Availability of Goods
Whilst we take the utmost care to ensure the product descriptions, pictures, information and prices are accurate we do not accept liability for any inaccuracies, errors or omissions. The product colours may vary slightly from those shown on the Web Site due to your own monitor and computer settings and limitations of internet technology.
Stock availability will be shown on the Web Site, and whilst while we endeavour to ensure products are always available, there may be times when products will be temporarily out of stock. In these instances there is an option that can be selected, and you emailed when the product is back in stock.
