Terms & Conditions for the 2025 Online Mega Sale
1. Eligibility: The Online Mega Sale is open to all individuals with a shipping address in Hong Kong or Macau.
2. Sale Duration: The sale runs from March 28 to April 1, 2025. All promotions and offers are valid during this period while supplies last.
3. Bundle Offer Exclusions: Discounts from the bundle offer are not applicable to products already discounted at 70% off.
4. Bundle Offer Eligibility: All online items (exclude 70%OFF items) count towards the purchase threshold for the bundle offer, but the extra discounts from bundle offer apply only to Online Mega Sale 2025 items, not on regular-priced items.
5. Gift With Purchase Availability: All gifts are available on a first-come, first-served basis due to limited quantities. Once depleted, no additional gifts will be offered.
6. Delivery Charges: If your order does not meet the free delivery threshold of HK$650 for Hong Kong and HK$1,200 for Macau, a delivery charge of HK$50 for Hong Kong and HK$150 for Macau will apply.
7. Delivery Status: 7 to 10 working days is required for dispatch during Online Mega Sale Period. Members will receive delivery confirmation email and able to check their SF Express Waybill no. on My Orders | Le Creuset HongKong, once the order is dispatched.
8. Gift Wrapping and Gift Message Service: Gift Wrapping and Gift Message Service are suspended during the period to maximize the delivery speed to all customer orders.
9. Product Imperfections: Le Creuset cast iron and stoneware products are handcrafted. Minor imperfections that do not affect functionality are to be expected, and no exchanges or returns will be accommodated once the order is placed.
10. Damaged Items: If you receive damaged items, contact SF Express AND our customer service within 24 hours of receipt to report the issue and initiate a claim.
11. Changes to Orders: No changes to orders can be made once they have been confirmed.
12. Cancellation Policy: Orders cannot be cancelled once placed. Please consider your purchases carefully.
13.Only one gift will be provided per eligible order.
