- What does this guarantee cover?

Le Creuset cookware is guaranteed to you by Le Creuset Hong Kong Limited to be free from defects in material and workmanship at the time of its purchase. For this Lifetime Limited Guarantee to apply, you must follow the care and use instructions provided with the utensil. This guarantee covers normal household use only.
- What does this guarantee not cover?

It does not cover normal wear and tear, accident, misuse, abuse or commercial use. Scratches, stains, discoloration, corrosion or damage from overheating to the interior or exterior of the pan. Consequential damage is expressly excluded from this warranty.
Overheating: Damage from overheating during cooking is instantly recognizable. The nonstick surface becomes discolored, and in severe cases will blister or peel away from the pan.
- Who is covered by this guarantee?

This Lifetime Limited Guarantee covers the original retail consumer purchaser of the utensil, or a consumer who receives the utensil new and unused as a gift from the original retail purchaser. Coverage terminates if a covered consumer sells or otherwise transfers the utensil (this guarantee is provided only to consumers, and all express and implied guarantees to non-consumers are disclaimed).
- How long does this guarantee last?

This Lifetime Limited Guarantee begins on the date of purchase and lasts as long as a covered consumer owns the utensil.
Proof of purchase must be presented for claiming the guarantee. - What is our Guarantee?

Defective cookware will be replaced free of charge, or replaced by a similar product or one of equivalent value if the product is no longer in production. Replacement with the same colour cannot be guaranteed.
