What does this guarantee cover?: Le Creuset guarantees knives for two years from the date of purchase against material and manufacturing defects.
What does this guarantee not cover?: This guarantee does not cover:
• Wooden handles
• Normal wear and tear from normal use or any damage resulting from use other than the intended purpose
• Rust due to improper cleaning
• Damage of the blade due to improper sharpening
• Nicks, chips or chunks out of the blade
• Melted plastic handles or burned wooden handles
Who is covered by this guarantee?: The guarantee begins on the date of purchase of the original owner, whether a self-purchase or received as a gift.
How long does this guarantee last?: Le Creuset’s knives has a 2-year Guarantee.
Proof of purchase must be presented for claiming the guarantee.
