- When can I expect arrival?

In-stock merchandise is usually processed and delivered within 4 to 10 business days of the order being approved and received. All delivery times are estimated and are not guaranteed by Le Creuset. If you have not received your order within the estimated delivery time, please contact us so that we may help locate your order.
- To what locations does Le Creuset deliver to?

Le Creuset only delivers to addresses in Hong Kong or Macau. Delivery service is not applicable to restricted area. Merchandise will only be sent to valid addresses. Please refer to the details on the Delivery and Returns page.
- Will you hold an order and ship it at a later date?

All orders are processed and delivered to reach our customers in a quick and efficient manner; therefore, we cannot hold and deliver at a later date.
- What is Le Creuset's return policy?

Our exchange policy applies to purchases made at our official offline and online shops.
• Unused items can be exchanged once per transaction (not applicable for redemption item). Customers can request an exchange for the same product in a different size and/or color, or a completely different product of equal or greater value. If there is a price difference, customers will need to pay for it.
• Only products that have not been used and are not damaged and still have the original labels and packaging (i.e. in saleable condition) can be exchanged.
• An original receipt issued by Le Creuset Hong Kong Ltd. is required.
• Customers have to request an exchange for an in-store purchase within 7 days of purchase and are responsible for bringing the product back to the shop where they purchased it.
• For exchange of online purchase, customers have to email to our Hong Kong customer service team (enquiries.hk@lecreuset.com) within 7 days upon collection of the product. We will arrange exchange at your shipping address and no exchange in physical shops will be arranged. And we are not responsible for delivery fee, i.e. HK$200, except for incorrect items.•If Customer received products damaged during delivery, please notify our Hong Kong customer service team and SF Express within 24 hours to ensure we can address the issue promptly and efficiently.
• Replacement are subject to inventory availability at the time of request.
• Le Creuset Hong Kong Ltd. does not offer cash refunds.
